With an Honours Degree in Organisational Psychology, Candice’s career began in the high-energy world of inside sales, where she quickly distinguished herself as a top performer and sales leader. She co-founded one of South Africa’s leading Sales Graduate Recruitment and Development firms, dedicated to identifying, training, and coaching elite sales talent. Her passion for behavioural change led her to specialize in Change Management and Leadership Development, guiding organisations through transformational shifts with lasting impact.
